Privacy Policy

Last updated 23 October 2026.

This policy explains how Online Quranic Study ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information through onlinequranicstudy.com.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry or trial form we collect: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, country, the learner's age group, course interest, tutor preference, preferred times and any campaign information in the page address (such as UTM parameters or an advertising click ID). We also record the date and time of the submission and a one-way hashed form of your IP address for spam and abuse prevention.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange trial classes
  • To match learners with suitable tutors and times
  • To understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries
  • To protect our forms from spam and misuse

Legal basis

We process enquiry information because you asked us to contact you (steps prior to entering a contract) and, for analytics and advertising measurement, only where you have given consent where consent is required.

Children

Enquiries for learners under 18 should be made by a parent or guardian. We ask only for the learner's age group, not their name or date of birth, in our forms.

Cookies and analytics

Our site works without non-essential cookies. If analytics or advertising tags are enabled, they only set cookies after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of this page.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and send email, and with tutors where needed to arrange classes.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and manage enrolment, and delete enquiries that do not lead to enrolment within 24 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under UK GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to its use. To make a request, contact us.
